Christie sounded great on paper and his campaign speeches (just like now)sounded maybe a little left of Conservative but palatable...so hubby & I voted for him. After 4 years of mostly broken campaign promises, we saw him for what he really was, a bombastic BS artist.
Four years later and still trapped in the Peoples Republik of NJ, we had the choice of not voting (and getting a vapid prog), not voting for Christie (and getting a vapid prog) or voting for Christie (and getting a vapid RINO)...because Christie is what passes for a Conservative in communist NJ.
